Since the cases of child violence, child trafficking and brutality towards children are increasing with a very high pace. Firstly, at our home, schools, peer groups and surrounding facing violence and barbarism. When a child faces violence by their relatives or parents they even don't want to expose and become a victim because of unawareness about what is a good or bad touch.
Too much media exposure, films & pornography played a very essential and vital role to enhance these cases by providing unnecessary, immoral and erotic contents which create a biological urge in the adults and to satisfy their personal desire they exploit children for their so-called sexual fantasy.
As we all aware about much stringent and deterrent law which has been enacted by the successive government even then there are many fearless exploiter, perpetrator and evil-doer who exploit children without any fear of law, administration or police action.
For this purpose, the Supreme Court administered the speedy trials of culprits dealing with such sensitive cases.
There are many novel and simple procedure through which we can prevent such types of crime starting from school, as a child spent most of his/ her time in school. The school have to be at the forefront while dealing with the student by providing them with a safer and happier environment. Teaching student about good and bad touch, explaining acts which have been made and amended by the government to protect the child from the sexual offence in simple languages so that they can be aware of there right and inform their parents if any such acts happened with them.
Gram Sabha, Village Panchyat and Panchyati Raj Institutions could play a very crucial role by spreading right motives and force behind government acts, initiatives, and program to prevent child trafficking and carrying punitive action to create fear in the mind of perpetrators at the village level.
The government of Telangana has developed a new technique to prevent child violence by screening small video clip in theatre before screening any movie which contains awareness program regarding child trafficking, child pornography and other related issues that demoralising children. There are many laws before and after this violence and the increasing number of rape cases, but the only thing which can prevent these inhuman acts that is awareness and change in mind really required to see the change in the world.
Judges who were dealing with these sensitive cases also need to be very efficient, expert and trained so they can deal in a fair, just and reasonable manner.
After all that we need is an open and free society with guaranteed, effective and expeditious justice to our victim and very stringent punishment to the culprit. With the help of every individual in our society, we have to build our society peaceful, happier and egalitarian one.
